Document Production

The production phase is the final phase prior to depositions and trial preparation if necessary.  Production occurs after all documents have been reviewed for privilege and responsive to the requesting parties.  The Project Manager will refer to the Production Technical Specification to make sure we are compliant with the request.  D1 Discovery can produce in any format required and will consult with you along the way.
